My biggest mosaic yet. I thought it would be neat to have a super detailed record of the face of a noble glacier. The excitement might have been more in the minds eye than on computer screen. Nonetheless, it's hard to imagine that the height of this glacier on the other side of the Copper River is almost 400' (121m) in some places. Details: 10 x 5 verticals at 12MP each (23397 x 14091 = 330Mp). Printing at 300dpi would produce a size of 78 " x 47" (6.5' x 4') |
